World highest freshwater Lake Manasarovar lies 15,060 ft over the ocean level in Tibet Plateau. Moderately round with the edge of 88 kilometers & depth of 90 m. Manasarovar freshwater lake is placed about 940 kilometers from Lhasa. The Lake overflows into Lake Rakshastal on the west and it's located in the southern foot of Mount Kailash.
