Chakrr started off serving retail customers in 2015, through its call centre in Bangalore. The `Virtual Card' which is under trial is something unique which the employees can use without spending money from their wallet during the length of the trip. "Although we have limited success in its adoption, we expect this area to grow multi-fold in the near future", says Kasim.
TheIncBuddy.com platform consists of a self-booking tool and a futuristic APP which has the ability to provide services such as flight & hotel booking, ride sharing, restaurant booking, lounge booking, location services, duty of care, AI chatbots, expense management and a Loyalty program
The bootstrapped company has been profitable in each year since its inception, and with a turnover of 4.19 crore in the last 12 months, the mission to bring value to their corporate customers is on the incline. The company has plans to expand into the Middle East soon. The company enjoys worldwide partnerships with airlines, hotels, several destination management companies, consolidators, visa companies & banks that help them provide an enriched travel experience.
