10 Awe-Inspiring Hill Stations In India

Bangalore: "So far as I am able to judge, nothing has been left undone, either by man or nature, to make India the most extraordinary country that the sun visits on his rounds," quoted by the famous American writer Mark Twain. With the Himalayas running from north to east, the Aravalli and Vindhya Range blanketing across western and central India and the Western Ghats (recently named as UNESCO's World Heritage Site) running through the south-western parts, India is a real traveler's paradise. What make this gifted land so unique is its hill stations - blended with snowy peaks, deep gorges, green valleys, misty woods, frothing rivers, azure lakes and flower-filled meadows. A perfect holiday option, here is the list that features 10 breathtaking, misty, serene hill stations of India.
