Rashtrapati Bhavan is the official residence of the President of India which is situated near Parliament House in New Delhi. Formerly it was called ''Viceroy's House'' and served as the residence of the Viceroy and Governor General of India. Currently it is the largest residence of any Chief of the State in the world, with four floors and 360 rooms. A combination of several Indian designs was used in its construction.
