Mossy Falls is a horse tail waterfall located in Randolph, New Hampshire in the White Mountains on the Short Line Trail in King's Ravine headed up towards Mount Adams and Mount Madison (Both above 5,000' elevation). It is roughly 3 miles from Route 2, from the Appalachia Parking Lot. The hike is moderate to difficult. The fall gets its name from the mossy growth surrounding it in lush green shades.7 km from Mussoorie, Mossy fall, comparatively smaller but interesting fall, is a beautiful tourist spot surrounded by a dense forest that is easily approachable by following the road starting right from the Clock Tower in Landour. Mussoorie is a ideal spot for picnic.This is the final major waterfall along Twentytwo Creek, located almost immediately downstream from the footbridge on the Lake 22 trail. Mossy Rock Falls consists of 6 tiers of cascade and slide type waterfalls, totaling 145 feet in height in drops of 20, 17, 19, 12, 20 and 57 feet respectively. This series of falls isn't visible from the trail at all, but can be easily reached by a short bushwhack. The three upper most tiers are the easiest to see, while the fourth can be viewed from the side but the final two drops can only be seen from the bottom with fairly extensive bushwhacking and may require fording the creek multiple times.
