Brij Raj Bhavan Palace
Brij Raj Bhavan Palace is 178-year-old construction, situated in Kota, Rajasthan and it is the palace of the former princely family of Kota. This palace is said to be haunted by a resident ghost, by the name Major Burton, a British resident to Kota who was killed at the time of 1857 revolt, by Indian soldiers. He got killed along with his two sons in the central hall and the tale goes like this-even though Burton's ghost visits the palace during night time it does not harm anyone, but sleeping guards might get a slap from him!
