4. Mediterranean
It is considered that the Mediterranean region is the number one region to go on a cruise. The blue waters and the countries that the cruise ships dock connect you to the years gone by. A cruise in the Mediterranean would mean that you would be docking at one of these countries, Greece, Italy, Spain and France. The Port cities have a lot of history to it. In the past these cities were major routes and dockyards for trade through the centuries. The Roman Empire had the wings spread over all these countries as well throughout the history. There are many cruise ships that would take you to more than one country along the shoreline.
