India's Engineering Wonders: 5 Longest Expressways in The Country

Bangalore-Mysore Expressway, Karnataka : Also known as Bangalore-Mysore Infrastructure Corridor, the Bangalore-Mysore Expressway is 111 km long proposed 4 to 6 lane private tolled expressway that intends to connect the two important cities of Bengaluru and Mysore in the state of Karnataka. This is being constructed by Nandi Infrastructure Corridor Enterprises chaired by Ashok Kheny on Build-Own-Operate-Transfer basis.

The four-lane, 111km concrete expressway is expected to cut driving time between the two cities from the present four hours to 90 minutes.

Ahmedabad Vadodara Expressway, Gujarat : The 95 km long, Ahmedabad-Vadodara Expressway replace the National Highway 8, which is one of the busiest national highways in India. It connects one of the green city, Ahmedabad with Vadodara. It is a part of the Golden Quadrilateral project that was constructed mainly to reduce the travel time between the two cities from two and a half hours to one hour.

2: Bangalore Mysore express way has not really built. It's just a connecting NH. Worst traffic and hell lot of speed breakers. Can't be considered as express way.
