Airline AirAsia India Joins Fare War


Launching a week long sale offer for its whole network, AirAsia India united the domestic fare war with one-way tickets with low prices of Rs. 699 including taxes.

The airline said in a release that, the Indian carrier are offering an "all-inclusive one way fare" beginning from Rs. 699 for flights from Bengaluru to Chennai, Goa, Kochi, Jaipur and Chandigarh and the other way around where the movement comes as a major aspect of its Malaysian parent company AirAsia presenting a "Big Sale" with three million special seats on its network from Kuala Lumpur, its beginning fare are Rs. 2,599 for International flights operates via AirAsia Berhad and Thai AirAsia.

The Airline again released that; the Malaysian parent company's offer of Rs. 2,599 would be accessible from Chennai, Kochi, Kolkata, Bengaluru, Tiruchirappalli and Hyderabad to Kuala Lumpur via AirAsia Berhad and Chennai to Bangkok flown by Thai AirAsia.

AirAsia India CEO Mittu Chandilya said; "It is our constant endeavor to make air travel affordable for every Indian". He likewise said that, the 'Big Sale' offer would allow our guests to plan their travel early with extremely low fares as all Indian airborne transports have been rivaling one another to top of empty seats, particularly amid the lean season by offering low fares throughout the year.
