Least Religious Countries of the World

1.Estonia
religious

Estonia of Northern Europe occupies the first place in the category of least religious countries with just 14 percent believing that religion plays a significant role in their lives. It is interesting and shocking to see the almost empty churches on Sunday; and if you find people worshipping in these churches, they will be tourists form some other place. Only handful of Estonians visit churches on Sunday and even in schools religion does not feature on the curriculum.

1: Religion is an insult to human dignity. With or without it you would have good people doing good things and evil people doing evil things. But for good people to do evil things, that takes religion. Steven Weinberg

4: Religion was required when there weren't modern institutions such as human rights, constitution, impartial courts etc. Justice in afterlife was a comforting thought. Stephen Hawking has shown that we can get here from the Big Bang by just applying simple law of physics without a God.
