Echo Point:Echo Point is located within 15 km away from Munnar Idukki district in Kerala. It got this name due to its natural echo incident happening in this place. It is located on the way to top station from Munnar. It is situated at an altitude of 600 ft. It is one of the best tourist destination and adventures spot in Idukki district.This Echo Point, visitors can clearly hear their loud voices echoing within the reservoir. Echo Point is also an excellent picnic spot where tourists as well as locals love to stroll along the misty green lake slopes. Nature walks at Echo Point is a popular activity along with trekking through the nearby coffee, tea and spice plantations, and grasslands.

Rajamalai:It is an ideal place for seeing the biodiversity of high elevation shola-grassland ecosystem. Visitors are taken to Rajamalai in forest dept vehicles and given an opportunity to see all this. Private vehicles are not allowed here. The National Park is usually closed at the time of calving of Nilgiri Tahr which is usually during the early months of every year.The most popular and interesting part of this reserve is the place Rajamalai, which is located deep inside the reserve. Here, entry of private vehicles is prohibited. Therefore, only few mini buses are operated inside the park by the park staff as a pollution control measure. Moreover, it is also an easy way to manage visitor traffic.
