New Delhi, It was a warm and sunny Wednesday morning here with a minimum temperature of 26.6 degrees Celsius, a degree above the season's average. It is likely to rain in some parts of the city in the day, the Met Office said.
"Light rain or thundershowers may occur in some parts of the city," said an official at the India Meteorological Department.
The day's maximum temperature is likely to hover around 34 degrees Celsius.
Humidity at 8.30 a.m. was 82 percent.
Tuesday's maximum and minimum temperatures were both recorded a notch above the season's average at 35.2 degrees Celsius and 26.8 degrees Celsius respectively.
