Telangana Government Teams Up with Rapido to Boost Road Safety Across the State

In a dedicated effort to tackle the pressing issue of road safety, theTelangana Transport Department has joined forces with Rapido to launch a comprehensive awareness campaign throughout the state. This initiative aims to educate the public on safe riding practices and highlight the critical importance of wearing helmets.

Central to this initiative is the goal of reducing accidents and injuries, protecting all road users, enhancing traffic management, and fostering a sense of responsibility among commuters. As part of this collaboration, Rapido and the Transport Department will implement a multi-faceted Road Safety and Awareness Campaign across Telangana. Key elements of the campaign include driver training programs, public workshops, helmet distribution initiatives, and creative outreach activities designed to engage and inform the community.

During the SARATHI event held today in Hyderabad, Rapido distributed 250 helmets, demonstrating its commitment to improving safety for riders, captains, and the wider community. These initiatives aim to encourage compliance with traffic regulations while promoting a culture of responsible commuting throughout the state.
