Yet another train that comes under the Superfast express train and belongs to Indian Railways is the Yuva Express. It runs between Bandra Terminus and Hazrat Nizamuddin in India. The Nizamuddin Yuva Express covers the distance of 1366 kilometres in 16 hours 50 minutes (81.15 km/hr). As the average speed of the train is 84.67, and its fare includes a Superfast surcharge.
This train is called as "August Kranti Rajdhani Express" as it's named after the August Kranti Maidan, formerly known as the Gowalia Tank Maidan, from where the Quit India Movement was launched in August 1942. It connects Mumbai Central to Delhi Hazrat Nizamuddin. It covers a distance of 1,377 kilometers in 17 hours while running from Mumbai Central to Nizamuddin. Its average speed is around 84 km/hr. Over the years several minor halts have been added like Borivali, Vapi, Valsad, Bharuch, Nagda and Andheri, the most recent one.
