Kedarnath:
Kedarnath is one of the most sought after pilgrimage by Hindu community in India; Lord Shiva is worshiped in this holy place as Kedarnath. However this shrine is open only six months in a year, which is at an altitude of 11,750ft above the sea level. Gowrikund is the place where the road ends, from here it takes about 14 km of trek to reach the temple.

Vaishno devi:
Vaishno Devi sanctum is located on top of Tirkuta Mountains, which is one of the most popular pilgrimage sites in India and the reach point is 61 km far from Jammu city. The onerous trek is 12 km long to reach the temple, however ponies and palanquins are available for physical disables.
Nanda Devi Raj Jat Yatra:
Nanda Devi Raj Jat Yatra is organized once in 12 years and it almost takes three week odyssey through many ritual villages and temples. Nanda Devi is a prime goddess here and is worshiped widely in and around Garhwal division-Kumaon division. The overall journey is about 280 km by foot.

Amarnath Yathra:
Amarnath Yathra is one the hazardous treks in India, the four days, journey of 45 km which goes through unreliable weather conditions and surprising landslides, nevertheless few pilgrims also suffer from scares of Oxygen. In this cave temple is situated at an altitude of 12,756 ft, wherein lord Shiva is worshiped as Amaranth.
Hemkunt sahib:
Hemkunt sahib is a place where the tenth Sikh Guru Gobind Singh Ji is worshiped, the shrine is at an altitude of 15,197 feet, however place is open for pilgrims from April to October as it gets heavy snowfall in winter. The 13 km trek begins from Govindghat to Ghangaria village and 6 km from thereon to reach hemkunt sahib.
