Pelling is a town in West Sikkim which is popular for the magnificent view of the splendid snow-capped Mount Kanchenjunga. It also offers an excellent view of the entire mountain ranges including the Koktang, Kumbhakarna, Rathong, Kabru, Dom, Pandim, Zopuno, Shimbho, Narsing and Siniyalchu. Pemayangtse Monastery, Sangachoeling Monastery, Khechepalri Lake, Rabdantsey Ruins and Sangay Waterfall are the places worth visiting in Pelling. The town can be visited during any time of the year except monsoon.
