Haridwar
Haridwar is recognized as the gateway to the four pilgrimages of Uttaranchal. Haridwar is starting point on the journey to the sacred sources of the rivers Ganga and the Yamuna as well. Haridwar is considered as one of the seven holiest places to Hindus. Haridwar city is situated on the banks of River Ganges. Purna Kumbh Mela is one of the highest religious celebration in India conducting in banks of Haridwar , humanity's largest festival, every 12 years in Haridwar.
Ganges emerges from the Himalaya in Haridwar and pilgrims land here in droves to cleanse in the fast-flowing Ganges. Pilgrimage season from May to October, and is the site of the annual Magh Mela religious festival.

Chandi Devi Temple
The temple is so named, as it remains dedicated to the goddess Chandi Devi. Temple is situated on the top of a hill called the Neel Parvat. The King of Kashmir, Suchat Singh, built the temple in 1929 AD. Temple is accecible though the opeway of 740 mts and height 208 mts. There is a dense forest on the other side of the hill inhabited by elephants and other wild animals.
Har Ki Pauri
Har Ki Pauri ghat is considered as one of the most sacred Ghats in India. This Ghat is well known as Brahmakund. Based on Hindhu mythology it preserves the footprints of Lord Shiva even to this day.In every evening a Maha Aarti is celebrating on this Ghat.
Mansa Devi Temple
Mansa Devi Temple is situated at a distance of 800 mt from Har ki Pauri. Temple is devoted to goddess Mansa Devi, the temple dwell in a wonderful position atop the Bilwa Parvat. Mansa is also offered coconuts, fruits, garlands and incense sticks in order to appease her.
Daksha Temple
Daksha Temple an ancient temple is situated in the Kankhal town, just at a distance of 4 km from the pilgrimage town of Haridwar.Temple is devoted to Lord Shiva,.this temple was initially built in 1810 AD by Queen Dhankaur. However, the temple was reconstructed in 1962.
