Kiliyur Falls is a waterfall in the Shervaroyan hill range in the Eastern Ghats, Tamil nadu, India. The waters overflowing the Yercaud Lake fall 300 ft (91 m) into the Kiliyur Valley.
The amazing Kiliyur Falls is situated in the Shervaroyan hill range in the Eastern Ghats, Tamil nadu, India. The fall is about three km from the Yercaud Lake and is at its heyday when visited after the South West monsoon or the North East monsoon.

The surplus water of the Yercaud Lake and the water from the Shevaroy Hills fall deep into the Killiyur valley from a height of about 90 meter. The view of the fall is indeed spellbinding and eye catching. A hardcore trekker can trek through the woody forests from the lake to the bottom of the falls in about an hour. When you commence walking towards the fall from the Yercaud Lake, you shall experience the final 500 meter distance only of a rough unpaved steep pathway.

Killiyur Waterfalls is amongst the well known waterfalls located at a distance of 3 kms from the Yercaud hill station, this is an ideal tourist spot to be visited in monsoon. The waterfall collects the surplus water of the Yercaud Lake and other surrounding lakes which falls in the form of a stream from a height of 300 feet. Surrounded by some of the evergreen forests this waterfalls is thick and rich during and after the monsoon season. The water flows from a giant lake into the Yercaud valley.
