Lalgarh palace, Bikaner
This extensive palace was builded by Maharaja Ganga Singh Ji in 1902. The magnificent structure in sandstone is a perfect example of Indo- Sarasenic architecture. It was shaped and designed by Sir Swinton Jacod. It is a ideal blend of Mughal, Rajput and European architecture. Gorgeous latticework and filigree work has been integrated to add to the splendor of the palace. Currently it is maintained by the Welcome Heritage Group.
Shri Sadul Museum as well locates within the Lalgarh palace, this unique museum is residence to an extensive collection of rare artefacts among which are library books and files from the Maharaja Ganga Singhji and Sri Sadul Singhji periods and a number of personal effects such as golf clubs, a camera, a passport and more. There are also various artworks from the Maharaja's private collection.

The three-storey complex is covered in red sandstone quarried from the Thar Desert. The complex contains the features considered essential for a late 19th-century palace: drawing rooms, smoking rooms, guest suites, lounges, cupolas, pavilions, several grand halls, including a dining room which could seat 400 diners.

Two divisions were converted into independent hotels with the income from The Lallgarh Palace Hotel, a heritage hotel used to support the trust. Currently, Lallgarh Palace is possessed , and the hotel is run, by his daughter Princess Rajyashree Kumari.
