Bangalore: Vivanta by Taj today launched a new hotel at suburban Yeshwantpur. The mega format property, the Vivanta by Taj – Yeshwantpur, is the third Vivanta by Taj branded hotel in the city in addition to the ones at Whitefield and M G Road. With the launch of this new hotel, the overall portfolio of Vivanta by Taj – Hotels & Resorts goes up to 21, it said in a statement.
The new hotel features 327 suites and rooms, signature restaurants and conferencing and banqueting facilities.
Raymond N Bickson, MD & CEO, Taj Hotels Resorts & Palaces, said “Yeshwantpur has the potential to emerge as a strategic suburb of Bangalore linking the new international airport to the corridor of development planned along Mysore Road, thus making it the ultimate location for Vivanta by Taj – Yeshwantpur, Bangalore.” PTI
