The beach itself is long and straight, backed by scrub-covered dunes, which is very popular with package tourists. Located in North Goa, Candolim Beach is 10 kilometers from Mapusa and 13 kilometers from Panaji. The closest railway station is Thivim.
2. Karaikal Beach, Pondicherry
