2) The Palais Royale
The Palais Royale located in Mumbai is the first super tall building in India. The construction of this Sky scraper began in 2005 and is scheduled to complete this year.
The building is constructed on the land which previously belonged to Shree Ram Mills and the cost for this structure is said to have crossed 920 crores. It has a total of 77 floors, the tower stands at a height of 320 meters.
The project holds a total of 30 international consultants and the architects working are Talati Pantakhy Associates.
3 Vivarea
The Vivarea towers located in Mumbai stands tall at a height of 200 meters and is built by K.Raheja Corp Group.
The building was designed to create a new level of residential setting in the country. The structure is built on an artificially created landscape, offering high end amenities to the residents. There a total of 3 towers with 41 storeys in each.
Vivarea, situated near the beach offers stunning view of the Golf course and the Arabian Sea.
