A Ride in the Wild Jungles of India

Bangalore: India is blessed with a wide array of flora and fauna, as it is home to different species of animals, birds and reptiles. Majestic elephants, fiery mammals of the cat family, wild sharks, birds and the quick deers, we have them all. Let's take a quick tour of India's well known jungle safaris which are home to these famous animals, as listed by Jungle Safari Tours.

Ranthambore National Park:
jungle

Located in Central India, Ranthambore is densely populated by tigers, around the clock. Their friendly nature is very well displayed as they have lost fear towards humans, being more active during the day.

Other predators which are visible during the safari ride are panthers, hyenas, jackals and wild cats. If you are stepping into the lake, beware of marsh crocodiles, which may be hidden around.

October to June is the best season for safaris, whereas the best time for a ride is early morning or late night, when you can enjoy the serenity of the jungle.
