2. Nissi Beach, Ayia Napa, Cyprus

A party beach along with a legend about a monster! That has to be a winning combination to attract tourist from world over. Nissi Beach in Ayia Napa was earlier know to be a famous family tourist destination but slowly over the years the Beach has joined the likes of Ibiza, Rimini and Mykonos in as the party capital. The beach is known for the rowdy party that its hosts and if you like your drinks with noise then this is the beach to hit. The beach also hosts bikini competitions. But visit only if you have the stamina to party as the crowd here is young and energetic.

There is also a legend about a monster called Ayia Napa Sea Monster which allegedly looks like a cross between a porpoise and a dragon. Though it is a famous legend in Cyprus only dozen or so sighting sand photographs have been reported. Some even claim that the monster is a direct descendent of a creature from pre-historic times.
