Visakhapatnam Railway Station, Andhra Pradesh : Constructed in the year 1888, this railway station was graded A1 in 2008 because it earned revenue of more than 100 crores for the same year.
It is one of the busiest railways in India with more than 250 expresses and 150 freight trains passing through it, at the same time it serves more than 50 million passengers per year. The station has 10 platforms which can administer trains that have more than 24 coaches.
