The Bahai House of Worship in New Delhi is commonly known as the Lotus Temple, a name it got because of its flower like shape. The temple stands as the symbol of spiritual unity of mankind and also serves as the Mother temple of the Indian subcontinent. The construction of this beautiful building located in South Delhi was completed in the year 1986 and it has been honoured with several architectural awards.

1: India is just a beautiful, intoxicating, vibrant and stunning land with beautiful people. My favourite places are Jaipur and Anjuna beach, Goa.
