Destined to become a symbolic icon, this super-tall building has 101 floors above ground level and soars to a height of 492 meters. The Shangai World Financial Center designed by Kohn Pederson Fox and officially opened its doors on the 28 August, 2008. A mixed-use building with excellent urban shopping malls at the base, a 174-room luxurious five-star hotel at the top and sixty-two floors filled with offices, the Financial Center also has three observation decks between the 94th and 100th levels. Costing 1.20 billion, this project exemplifies Mori Building's innovative "Vertical Garden City" concept and integrates the company's vast know-how and experience.
