2. Chang La Pass: Chang La Pass the name itself means "Pass towards South". This pass is at an elevation of 5,425 m (17,794 ft) and also is one of the highest mountain passes in India, located in Ladakh.
It is on the way to Pangong Tso from Leh. The Changla Pass is the main gateway for the Changthang Plateau situated in the Himalayas. It is said to be the third highest vehicle pass road in the world which connects Indua valley to Pangong Lake region. The tribes of this icy region are known as ChangPa or Chang-Pa. It is also famous for its free tea served by the Indian Army.
3. Debsa Pass: Debsa Pass is a high mountain pass in the Himalaya Mountains between the Kullu and Spiti Districts of Himachal Pradesh with an elevation of 5,360-metre (17,590 ft). This pass is mainly known for the rarefied air and brutal cold temperatures. The Spiti valley is a beautiful desert mountain land between India and Tibet. The pass runs around the Parbati river valley in Kullu.
